Individual Coaching Investment
Each 1:1 session can be scheduled one at a time or multiple ones on an as needed basis while we work together and the investment is $90/hr.
I don’t offer specific coaching packages but can put one together upon request and will need to be paid up front like all sessions. Even though I prefer the in-person approach in my coaching practice, if you need to do your session via phone or virtual please let me know. My approach is very experiential so I may suggest various places to meet for sessions like a park, in nature, etc but always depending on your comfort level.
Parent/Child & Family Coaching Investment
Parent/child or family sessions are generally done within an hour. Depending on what we are wanting to observe and achieve, they can be scheduled longer but that will be discussed prior if needed. Sometimes the sessions may be divided into time with the coach/child and coach/parent and will be discussed prior if needed. My approach with children and families incorporate play and experiential techniques to help foster trust and connection. Investment is $120/hr.
Speaking Engagements Investment
I would be so honored and pleased to come talk to your group, organization, school, or event as they are some of the most enjoyable aspects of my work. I offer speaking engagements, workshops, and interactive experiences focused on resilience, emotional wellness, parent burnout, and personal growth for women, parents, caregivers, and community groups. I truly love connecting with people and sharing in what we can do to build more connection and resiliency!
Speaking engagements are customized based on:
- Event size
- Length of presentation
- Travel requirements
- Workshop materials
- Interactive components
Reduced-rate or complimentary engagements may be available for missions that strongly align. Custom quotes are available upon inquiry.
Life can hit us with financial obstacles that make things a bit challenging to seek out the guidance when you really need it.
